I think I was a little confused at first. XD I mean, the Sanji being Zoro part. I can see the "I'm not good (strong) enough" part though not so much the "my mortal shell is not worth as much as the trouble is is worth" frame of mind. Zoro has a better opinion of himself than THAT!
In recent canon I'm noticed Zoro is indeed veeery self-sacrificing, and Sanji being all worried about him. It's made clearly evident that Sanji is the ONLY ONE that is completely aware of Zoro's issues, while everyone else seems to have a huge question mark floating over their heads. It's like the drama levels in the series have gone up several notches.
I'm somehow waiting for Sanji to confront Zoro about it, and I'm somewhat surprised he hasn't done so already. But that sort of thing doesn't ACTUALLY happen in the series, does it? If the truth ever comes out, it'll be Sanji explaining it to everyone else.

I can see where you're coming from, but where does that place Zoro as a huge dick-head? The mentality is right, but not the actions! Same with Sanji!
