they can't answer a simple question but they can email you back and tell you they don't have enough time? now thats just dumb!

it's a automated response i can tell. some poor jerk sits there and chooses what response to send i bet. that or a computer does it based on certain keywords in the emails.

it's almost as annoying as when you call a store and they have a main menu robot operator instead of a actual person answering the phone.
