I went to the gym to be measured this evening. I was very discouraged. I've been working out, cardio and all, for a month, and I've only lost ONE freakin pound. I don't want to weigh 153 lbs. I want to weigh 135. Stupid dyslexic scale. However, I did lose inches. I lost 1 1/2 inches in my waist, 1 1/2 inches in my bust (oops!), 2 inches in my hips
