OMG...wow! When I read your Author's Notes above I was actually a little disappointed that you weren't continuing in your universe-because I love it so much.

But-wow-this is fantastic so far. I love the emotion in Jo. The scene with Mrs. Garrett in the car was so great. It is the kind of scene that if the part hadn't ended here I would have gone back and read it again anyway. Awesome, awesome, awesome.

On to part 2!

Oh, I forgot to mention your trademark humor: the reference to the Star Trek episode (lol!) and Natalie's remarks about the tattoo artist's appreciation of the female form from tattooing all those Vassar girls. ROFL!
