Finally bought a Blu-Ray Player

Why? Because MF'n Star Wars came out on Blu-Ray today! And, thanks to my savvy shopping, I got $255 worth of stuff for $140. I got: A Blu-Ray player, (regular price $120) Star Wars the complete Saga, (regular price $125) and a Star Wars T-Shirt (regular price $10). The player was on sale for $100, and Star Wars was $80 because it just came out

I need to break down and get a Blu-ray player. I imagine that would also require me to get a flat-screen TV, though, and I don't think my finances could take the double hit right now.

I bought the flat screen a few weeks ago. I needed it because I upgraded to Direct TV. You can hook up a Blu-Ray to a regular tv with the Red, White, and Yellow cables, but I don't think you'd get the full effect.

No, probably not. Incidentally, where did you find yours on sale for $100 and what brand is it?

Best Buy, and it's a Panasonic. They had mine, an LG, and their own brand Dynex (which is RCA) for that price.
