I'm still working on the maths, but it seems to me that if your head was stuck so far up your own arse that it popped out the top again, that you would in fact have a second head sticking out of your first head. The second being only marginally further up your arse than the first. The strain on your spine would be apalling, but you would of course have long since suffocated, and no longer be in a state to worry about such mere mortal considerations as pain.
