Number 2 I'm not sure about, and it took me a minute and a half to come up with a guess. The other three came practically instantaneously.
I'm sorry I wasn't close enough to help. I've been thinking about trivia contests lately, and I've watched *so* many cartoons in my life that it's a wonder my brains aren't leaking out my ears by now.
