Just a bit of fun and an update
So, for no reason at all this popped into my mind yesterday, when I was cooking/doing the dishes. :P

Yes, I had a christmas song on my mind, but with altered lyrics to fit the season. ;) Was fun to make. I think it might have been triggered by all the people talking of snow and that it's spring, so there shouldn't be snow. Of course I have seen no snow at all, but lot's of sunshine.
And admitted it is rather unusual to have snow this late in April. Early April sure, but this late it's very uncommon. So people are just blaming it on the volcano. ;)
On another note, I think it's been too long since I last cried. At least it must be since remembrance songs can suddenly make my eyes tear up.
I'm not quite sure why I'm 'missing' so much right now; it's not like anyone I know have died recently or something like that. But... I still miss. Right now I just want to be a girl, who miss her father and then go back to everyday life afterwards.
Then there's my bachelor... I'm patiently waiting for the books I've ordered to arrive at the library. I know I should have started weeks ago, but... I just couldn't find the necessary motivation. So, I'll just have to work my ass off as soon as I get some literature on my hands and hope I can manage to make a decent paper. Crossing fingers some of my literature will be there tomorrow.
In the meantime I try to do some things at home that I know I won't really have the time for in the coming month.
Today I pulled myself together and took my vaccum cleaner to the shop and within minutes got told it was done for. The engine just couldn't keep on going, so I bought a new vaccum cleaner. I was afraid I might had to do so, but at least it wasn't as expensive as feared. 799,- kr. is okay for a good vaccum cleaner. (It was on sale). Look forward to trying it at home. So far I tried it briefly in the shop before making my choice.
I've also started making short lists of things I must do in a day, to make sure I actually get something done. I try to have three things on each day, one of them being to check my emails. Hopefully tomorrow will bring reading on the list as well.
And as a little extra; some might remember me talking about my neighbor and having a standing invitation to crash his parties? Well, thursday the 8th I came home from training to find my neightbor having a little party and discussing this with his downstairs neighbor.(Who didn't like him having a party). I only just got out of my jacket and shoes before he knocked on my door, to assure they wouldn't be noisy too late into the night and hoping I didn't mind the little party to celebrate their exams and so on. And then one of his guest came out and said I should come over, which was promtly given as an invitation to a drink by my neighbor.
Well, I accepted and once I had unpacked my back from training(and dealt with the cat that ran into my apartment while we where chatting in my door) I came over for the drink, his guest had made for me.
They were a nice bunch and eventhough the guy next to me kept trying to convince me to hit the town with them, I stood my ground and said no. I had things to do next day. ;)
But it was nice and one drink ended up being two. (And the second drink was what made me comfortably sleepy). I also got something of a half deal to sometime eat with my neighbor and the other way around since we both live alone(are singles *snicker*). Going to be interesting to see if he actually makes good on that idea. ;)
And for some reason the people at the party asumed I had a boyfriend. At least they didn't ask 'Are you single or in a relationship?' They asked 'You have a boyfriend, right?'. Somewhat amusing. :P
Heh, I think I'll just end it here. You will probably get a new update again at some point when my BA is annoying me or I just need an excuse to do something else. :P
