Hydrogen Peroxide in solution (available at most pharmacies/Chemists) should do the trick. Alternately, try some color-safe non-chlorine bleach from the laundry detergent section of the store. (occasionally called oxy-clean or oxygenated bleach. It's just hydrogen peroxide in one form or another.)

Or, just bleed some more on the sandals and tell everyone you got the stains defending a bus load of widows, nuns, and orphans from invading zombies. Most of the orphans were blind, the rest were in wheel chairs, and several of them had wounded puppies.
