Not even dressed and yet my dad still manages to fuck up my morning.

I understand what you mean. My mom the other started to rant about how no one helps her around the house and what not, and well that turned into her sort of "grounding" my sister and me. To which ten minutes later I ask her to go out and she let me go with a smile on her face. After years of all this madness, i learned that ignoring them saves you alot of time and grief for their stupidity.
