as this is my first entry i should probably just rant and rave within it. but instead i'll share that i just finished reading a wonderful novel written in prose by anne carson. the book's called 'autobiography of red' lovely novel really.

hopefully nate get's home soon so he can distract me by suggesting some hockey or booze. either or really.

yeah, i guess i can't contest that livejournal is lame. at the same time i must admit that since entering this little world i've read and read and read more entries than i thought i would want to, of course that's probably because i've been trying to write essays. i have begun to genuinely hate my computer.

My prof just proved to me that Marxist Dialectical Materialism is "non-sense" according to modern physics. He says material does not exist. Though I'm mildly upset that I was wrong, I am a thousand times happier that he told me this.

He is the most intelligent man I have ever met. His name is Dr. Klaus Klostermaier. Go on search him on the internet; I can't believe someone of his intellectual calibre is teaching in Manitoba.
