Continuing saga.

I have been going to bed hungry because I use up all of my calories earlier in the day.  This morning however I woke up with shooting pains in my stomach.  I am assuming they are hunger related, but that doesn't make sense to me.  I am not starving myself.  I am not starving.  Why would my stomach be acting as if I was ( Read more... )

Good point. Andre had that idea as well. I guess eating breakfast just became more important!

A decent breakfast is one of the biggest things you can do. Followed closely by small, healthy snacks between meals. But (if you are tracking intake one way or another) don't forget about the snacks when adding stuff up.

I have never been a 'snacker' but now that I am watching calories... my meals are smaller and I am hungrier between meals - so snacking makes more sense now :)
