There were virtually no delays with any of the flights. The kids managed a day of travel really well. Car hire queue lasted an eternity but we did get a free upgrade to a chrysler tank  (its an automatic, has very little low end torque and lets just say its a good that America has very few bends).
The hotel wifi actually extends as far as our room
