What I am curious about is what your father is doing on the internet that is so top-secret. Does he work for the CIA? Or the Russian Mafia? Becaue that would be cool, the Russian Mafia...

A FRII user has the ability and right to change their password. There is likely a webpage at which this can be done, and it can also be done by logging into the "shell account." FRII will not know the password a user has chosen and really doesn't have a way to retrieve that information even if they wanted to. However, a "superuser" (a System Administrator) can override the need for a user's password by using the administrative password/account if they so need. Most sysadmins will not abuse their administrative priveleges though, and it is unethical to read a user's email without their knowledge and consent and thusly this is not generally practiced by sysadmins (and really, with hundreds of users accessing their service, why would they want to in the first place ( ... )
