I'm confused about the chins too - not to mention Susie's Sims3Pack odd thing with the skintone. The game seems really contrary at times :D
I downloaded Susie's .sim file and she's in-game with pointy ears and a proper Sim bin pic, thanks.
Oh and thank you. The recent explosion of colour is due to you.
Going to get a hot drink now, download your latest skintones and fix everyone. I'm hoping to share an alien 'crop' later as a sort of back up in case my game goes pear-shaped.
I should breed a crop, myself :) That sounds like a fun Friday evening activity, especially since I was shot down for the idea of going out to eat.
I didn't want to throw this out in the public world of Tumblr, but this is an example of the disinformation that has had me so confused over this. Where she says,
I've got custom sliders in my game (these ones) so if you want the kids to have elf ears you'll need them. If you don't change their actual facial structure in CAS, they'll look the same, whether you have sliders or not. She's far from the only one I've heard this from. The common wisdom seemed to be that if you don't change the faces, they'll stay the same. But we've seen it's not true

Do you need me to re-upload Susie's Sims3Pack?
P.S. Your sim bin is so colorful and so full of wonderful faces. :)
