on the 15-minute lunch break, i had six bee sightings (perhaps the same guy six times) and one ruby-throated hummingbird flitted about for a while, chirping like a maniac. a pleasant breeze floated around the building, but nothing that threatened to knock me off my fence. i have balance like a gymna--whoa!

actually, it's just a break-break, but i eat a light lunch then. since i have pretty much four-hour days now, the only significant break i get is the 15-minute one. when i worked all day saturdays a few weeks back, i got two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch. so i'd take 45 for lunch and then take the last 15 later in the day. that was nice.
