Yes, the Scarlet Letter is boring, but I have come up with a PLAN! Needing to rebel in any way possible against the teacher, in retaliation for this assignment, I have found her weakness. Although she loves the story, she HATES the little girl character, Pearl. So, guess who is my total, #1 favorite character, whom I will write ALL of my answers

i hated the story. mostly for how boring it was. we held a "study group" for that book. which was really us just watching the movie.. cuz noe one could get past the first few chapters. it was the movie with demi moore. yeah. not the best idea. it was freely adapted. when we saw that everyone knew. so we watched for a while, knowing the inevitable glaring errors in the movie would come out. oh they did. but then i tried to read it and literally fell asleep after every few pages. and i am a GOOD reader. the hardest book for me to get through ever.

though in hind sight.. it isnt that bad of a book.
