He's so little! (But yay for the harness. Cowboy l-o-v-e loves his. When that comes out, it means time to go! for a ride! in the car! And it doesn't choke him, either. Big fan of the harness for walking the pups.)

Hahahaha... that was the smallest harness they had too! We bought the smallest sudded collar as well. Guess what? It's too big!

He'll grow into it. :)
There was a lab puppy playing outside earlier and my coworker goes "That is the cutest puppy ever!" and I said, "nuh-uh, have you SEEN Walter?" I showed him Walter and it is agreed, he is way cuter.
