Darlin', the most beautiful thing about friends, and especially about those good friends...the people who care about you, and who you care about--it's never a burden to listen to a friend's problems, especially if they're feeling particularly down. Sure we've all got our own sets of issues, and each of us might think that compared to someone else's they're insignificant...but the thing is that they're important to *you* and a good friend is always going to be there to do what they can, just as they know you'll be there with an ear for them. Give and take--it's what friends are for.
On a whole nother note, I'm sure mom'd love to hear from you, and have you over sometime...she can get kinda lonely in that house by herself ^__^
I know we're not terribly close, but it's always nice to have someone to talk to who just lives two exits away. The way you talk about the way you think and freak out so easily is a mindset that a lot of women in my family suffer from, so I'm used to helping people deal with it. Plus, I don't have any, like, girlfriends who live around here. It would be nice to have a chick to talk to face-to-face.
