I've made a Flickr account and am gradually uploading my old pics of Charlotte. If anyone else has an account lmk and I'll friend you ^_^

Restringing is so traumatic - but definitely worth it. It always makes me feel like I've got closer to the doll.

I don't know.. I always feel like she goes 'asleep' when I take her apart. Perhaps you're right though.

Restringing is so awful! The first time I restrung a doll it took myself, my sister and my mother ALL DAY to finish it. And then she fell apart and we had to do it again. XD;; You get used to it quickly, though. Now I can finish a doll in about ten minutes.
A stringing tool or wire is a neccessity, though. You must have very strong hands to do it without one.
