Omukae Ceremony

I've been thinking for a while that it would be fun to have a little Omukae ceremony when the new Miss Charlotte arrives. If I'd had the chance to order her in person at Sato I would definitely have liked to have a Volks ceremony, so I thought it might be fun to do something similar at home
