I think it depends on what is bothering you about student teaching and what you're willing to tolerate in your future work life. I love you and L and my other friends who teach and want to teach - I teach too. But I teach *adults* for very specific reasons. Most of the things you all talk about are the very reasons I ran as fast as I could from teaching kids and teaching in the public school system. ...tell me to shut up if you'd really rather not get into this...
