I can't enjoy anything because I'm overwhelmed. I'm behind on work, because I have so many other things to do - switch car registration to New Jersey, get my passport, invoice some clients, do a million things around the house, visit whichever people I have to visit this month, get prescriptions filled, and everything else

I hear you. I deal with this same thing a lot. It's crazy how heavy a pile of very small things can become.
