K and I hit the one year this Friday. Please, please keep down your shock and awe at my personal triumph.

1. Pdx was amazing. I fell in love. I thought I loved Seattle, and probably still do a tad more....but Portland is where the sights are set. I think it fits parts of me better.

ONE WEEK until we leave for pdx. I'm so excited. I ached to be West again and look forward to the breeze and air. We're excited just to spend a week together and we're exploring monetary investment options which is even more exciting. It's good.

On  a local tip the summer, for me, is pretty much done after this weekend. I have a class next week (intense week long class 8am-5pm = 3grad credits=steps in salary scale) and will probably spend any and all free time setting up my classroom. After that we're off to Oregon.
