Well, that's a relief. I meant to just post this to a community rather than send it round indescriminately, but thanks very much for the comment.
I'm trying to restrict fandoms, but at the moment I'm writing whatever small-scale ideas I get. Can I ask how you managed to write full-length stories simultaneously with a full-time job?

Quiet afternoons :) Specifically, quiet Friday afternoons. When I was writing T&PJ and TCG I spent the early part of the week earning my living and letting ideas for the next chapter mull around in my head (and making notes, of course) When I got some slow-time everything was ready to go, so I could put down 3000-4000 or more words in one intense session. My colleagues thought I was writing reports...
