yeah, so, i really, REALLY want/need/must have this book. hint hint. granted, it's out of print and the cheapest i've seen it is 54.00 on amazon, but if any of you really cared for me, you'd start a charity or something and buy it for me. just a thought.

tried to hunt this for you and i couldn't even find it for as cheap as you did...

what's the story on it - why dyou wanna read it so bad?

well, for some reason, i am completely obsessed with the battle of stalingrad, and amongst the many fascinating aspects of this particular battle is what i like to call the emergence of the "super sniper." particularly vasili zaytsev. i probably misspelled his name. anyways, i'm sure you've seen enemy at the gates, it was ok but very inaccurate. there's also war of the rats (which is fantastic) and many other great books about the battle and vasili. i'm currently reading stalingrad by anthony beevor and it's brilliant. and now, i really want to read what vasili had to say about the battle... that's about it. thanks for looking though!
