Backtagging Absolutely. Living in a vastly different timezone from most players makes it a necessity. If a thread has been left for a few days and I've not responded, and you'd like to finish things up, just prod me. Likelihood is I looked at it one evening before sleeping and then consequently forgot about it.
Threadjacking/threadhopping Usually, yes. If it's a reserved log between two characters then it probably would be best to ask. Likewise with particularly heavy 'filtered' threads between characters. But, as general, yes.
Fourthwalling Please, no.
Offensive subjects Rape, excessive gore/torture/horror themes I don't watch horror movies or play survival horror games for a reason, so I'm not interested in roleplaying plots with them, either. Otherwise I'm mostly game. If it's something risque just ask. It's better than to make me jump at you.
DAMAGE CONTROL
Picking a fight with this character If you pick a fight, she'll fight you back; relentlessly. The very reason for her existance is to fight, and tought opponents, too. She'll usually fight in retaliation, unless he really does not like you. If you're a friend, she probably won't lift a finger against you, even if you ask. She wouldn't want you to be hurt.
How much damage this character will take Not much. That being, not much in the sense she'll be fine even after many, many hits. You can hit her with your fist as much as you want... but you'll just wind up with a, er, very sore fist. Even hacks with a sword or some other weapon won't really do anything. She'll just keep going.
Extent of maiming/other crippling loss I'd rather you clear this up beforehand. Knocking her out is fine. Losing any body part would be something I'd prefer to have discussed.
ABILITIES-RELATED
Using telepathic or mind-reading abilities on this character Boy, Aigis' mind would be a confusing read. If you weren't aware she was a robot, you'd be able to tell now. Lots of 1's and 0's and other confusing nonsense alongside normal human thought.
Trying to control this character through any means I doubt mind control would work. There is the option of knocking her out and reprogramming her to be under your control, however... but of course, please clear this up.
Other things to note Nothing in particular, except the reprogramming thing. She has been none to go back to her normal state, though.
RELATIONS
Hugging Yes, but she won't understand and will be very surprised if you do.
Flirting Yes, but she'll be oblivious to it.
Kissing and/or other intimate actions We'll see how it goes: if Aigis ends up getting close to anyone, then I'm open to discuss it. For now, no.
Relationships She doesn't understand love, so no. Unless a Minato pops in, which is a different story.

What not to mention around this character If you start talking about her too much, and she does not know you, she will fall back onto 'the information is classified'. Not so much a don't mention, but a fair warning.
INFORMATION
How competent this character is in battle She was made to be a weapon, and is thus competent in battle and self sufficient. Fighting is the one thing she is truly sure about.
Strengths/abilities Physical attacks are the brunt of her arsenal, and these she is good at, needless to say. A lack, or a sudden influx of emotions can be a blessing or a curse for Aigis' fighting style. Her balance is excellent, so it's unlikely that she will be knocked down.
Physical endurance Very high. She practically is made like a tank. You can hit her as much as you like and she won't fall. You'll have to use stronger abilities to 'crack the shell', so to speak. Or, catch her off guard.
Magical resistance Average. Her weakness is lightning spells. Hit her with one of those and she'll instantly go down, which is your opening.
