Dry Soda: Kumquat tastes like a light, bubbly orange soda. Apparently my palette isn't sophisticated enough to distinguish between kumquats and oranges. Which is okay in this case, because orange soda was my favorite when I was a kid, but I haven't had it in years; a can of Sunkist has 59 grams of sugar high fructose corn syrup in it. I'm planning a Sailor Jerry mermaid for myself, but she's going to be black with a TWA and holding a narwhal horn in a menacing fashion. Or something like that. I don't know where to put her, though.

holy crap this stuff is heavenly.
It's so perfectly fizzy and yummy.
