possessionBeing part-ghost, Chris has the ability to possess other living beings. It works as a powerful suppression of someone's mind and spirit, taking over their body and, assuming he knows or learns how to how to work them, gaining access to any supernatural abilities they may have. He would often use this ability to stop criminals

Would it be okay for Chris to possess your character? It would be difficult. In the fandom, Angel has been possessed by things but forced them out because they couldn't fight the beast within, the vampire. So, it probably wouldn't work? But, Chris is his own thing so, case-by-case sure.

Any resistance against it? Yep. He's got training in mental defence, and although he's only average at best the fact that he's been previously traumatised with mental invasion will give him an instinctive and painful GTFO reaction. Though, if it happens post-mindscaping he'll also have more control over that reaction and be able to actively use it for him.
If your character has powers, would he be able to access them? Well, the incubus stuff is in the blood, but I think the empathy/healing powers is probably at least partly mental in nature, so if Chris suppresses Lance he'll repress that as well.
Anything else? Do not think so.
