It works as a powerful suppression of someone's mind and spirit, taking over their body and, assuming he knows or learns how to how to work them, gaining access to any supernatural abilities they may have. He would often use this ability to stop criminals

Any resistance against it? No, considering Piper gets possessed all the freaking time. But she may bitch at him alot, as seen in Coyote Piper.

Considering that she's wearing something that keeps her possessing her own body, it would be... hard. He'd have to share, at least. ...now that I think about this, there could be quite the "hilarity ensues" kind of scenario here.
Any resistance against it? She is all the determinated and the aforementioned magical complications.
If your character has powers, would he be able to access them? Turn into a magical girl, stop time, do superhero things

Would it be okay for Chris to possess your character? This is Alba's home turf, in a way, so I'm going to say that it's likely to be impossible unless she is, as they say in WoD, relenting -- that is, giving him permission.
Any resistance against it? Very strong resistance. This has less to do with Alba's power level and more to do with the fact that Chris is a ghost/using ghost abilities, and she's something of an expert when it comes to ghosts.
If your character has powers, would he be able to access them? If he did possess her, using her powers would come very naturally to him. He would be able to sense, see, talk to, and, to a limited extent, command ghosts (though the last only works if it's a free-roaming soul, and then he'd have to specifically adopt it as a personal charge). Alba also has a very strong sense of the nature of the souls around her: whether they are living or dead, and whether they are mortal or magical/supernatural.
Anything else? She should definitely be able to tell what he is, though the ability to do so is
