OMG I totally loved it to. I mean seriously I love that German's spoke german, French spoke french, etc etc and he kept it authentic.

Yeah, me too. Also, he kept putting in that languages words for the simpler words. Like someone would say "Bonjour," and the subtitle would read "Bonjour." It was awesome and disorientating when you realize you're reading another language. I actually preferred those dialogue scenes over the ones with the Basterds, really.
