Your Mia Fey looks really spot on. Her interaction with all the different characters that have seen seems really IC and appropriate for her and how she might perceive them, which is great.
Since Cid is apparently so incompetent, it is especially interesting to see when she gets in more of a "take charge" mode. It'd be interesting to have her sit in on staff meetings, if some get organized. I think you show a lot of her strengths, which is important because she is a very strong woman, but it might also be interesting if you played around with looking at some of her weaknesses. Now you have a Godot and a Maya to play off, that might be easier than before.
I'm glad she's doing okay so far. I've been kind of toying with the idea of something happening to upset her, and the Ghost Widow plot certainly is getting there - plus playing snarky Mia is fun |D;
