Personality: Danielle , being a clone of Danny Fenton has several things in common with him, looks as well as taste in music , a large appetite and a love for space. She is a tomboy, who likes to wear baggy clothes. She is a lot more bold than him and is more likely to use her powers for ‘harmless’ pranks.
Danielle is a very stubborn person who likes to do things her own way. She prefers to try to stick hard times out on her own before getting help, sometimes waiting until it’s almost too late. She doesn’t like to trouble people, probably due to having a hero complex of her own. She is also rather willful and shows plenty of attitude towards anyone who she decides is an enemy or anyone who gets in her way. The concept of individuality is very important to her and she is very intent in asserting hers. Danielle is well meaning but she has issues with adult authority especially considering that her biggest experience with it was rather negative. She doesn’t hate adults but she believes that trust and respect is earned on the basis of one’s actions not their age. She tends to be rebellious towards those who force their will upon her.
She is very loyal and will stick with people who help her until she has proof that they’re not sincere. She doesn’t like to harm those who help her out if she can help it. She views Danny as an older brother and is very close to him. Danielle is also very naïve. This probably has to do with the fact that she is technically only two years old. She tends to trust people who help her or offer to help.
Due to being a clone Danielle has a bit of an identity crisis that she’s trying to work out. She loves Danny but wants to separate herself from him. She flies around exploring the world and the ghost zone trying to find her place. She is still very hurt by Vlad’s actions and trying to understand why he did what he did and come to terms with it. She is determined to defy her original purpose by being as different from Danny as possible. She is also strongly affected by the memories of being melted down but keeps it to herself to work out on her own. Her goal is to be able to trust others for help but rely on herself and her own abilities. She also believes in paying back those who help her. If you do something for her, you have won her nearly unwavering loyalty and you can count on her to return the favor one day.
Backstory: Fed up with trying a failing to get Danny on his side Vlad resorts to attempting to clone him and make the perfect ‘half ghost son’ that will make Danny obsolete. He created many failed clones and Danielle was the closest save for her age and gender, so Vlad decided to use her to lure Danny. So under his instructions she went to Danny’s house and told him that she was his ‘third cousin’ that ran away from home. The two were interrupted by a ghost and despite Danny’s orders to stay back Danielle turned to her ghost form and defeated the ghost. The next day, she caught up with him at school (dumping his friends with their food trays) as a ‘joke’. Another ghost shows up and they went after it, leading Danny to meet Vlad.
During the fight Danielle attacked Danny from behind weakening him enough for Vlad to kidnap him. Vlad praises her as his ‘perfect daughter’. Vlad captured Danny and explained his plan to create the perfect half ghost son explaining that the other clones were failures and mistakes and he would watch a hundred more melt into ectoplasm to get the perfect half ghost clone. Later, after Vlad tries and fails to get a ‘midmorph sample’ of Danny’s DNA, Danielle confronts him asking if she was a mistake. He tells her that he is trying to get the sample to save her from melting to ectoplasm if she’ll help him recapture Danny. She agrees and when she confronts Danny he tries to tell her that Vlad is using her but she refuses to believe. Once capture Vlad asks Danielle to overshadow Danny so he can get the sample. Danielle is unsure wondering if that will kill her and then Vlad snaps and tells her that she ‘exists to serve him’.
Realizing Danny was right she releases him from the cloning machine. The two of them team up and fight back against Vlad. When Vlad goes after Danielle, Danny defends her with his most powerful attack destroying the lab. Danny’s friends (having seen Vlad and Danielle fly off with Danny) come to his rescue and when Vlad is rendered powerless Danielle warns him to stay away from her ‘cousin’. Later she decides to go off on her own, renaming herself ‘Dani’ and telling Danny that she’ll be back.
Months later, Dani is struggling to survive without melting to ectoplasm. She comes back to Amity Park (Danny’s hometown) not knowing that Vlad is now mayor) Vlad sees her via one of his spycams and sends Valerie, a ghost hunter with a grudge against Danny, after her. Dani saves Valerie from a collapsing house that Val had followed her to and revealing herself as the ghost girl Valerie was after. Valerie captures Dani anyway still believing that she is after Vlad. Dani tries to convince her but nothing works until she mentions Danny and Valerie uses her to lead her to Danny and captures them both, and send s Dani to Vlad. Dani hopefully asks Vlad if he has something to save her, hoping he’s had a change of heart. He replies that his only intent is to melt her down to ectoplasm and study it to find out why she didn’t melt like the others.
Danny and Val return to save her , Danny having offered his capture for Val to rescue her, and fin her strapped to a board being melted down with a series of shocks. Danny brings with him a device that his parents invented that only seems to strengthen ghosts. During the fighting Vlad uses his ghost powers to split himself in two, then reverts to his human form and stages a ‘kidnap’ to hide his half ghost identity from Valerie while his ghost half fights off Danny and Val and operates his machine. Danny attacks Vlad and gets him away from the machine and when he fails to blast her free he uses his parents invention. Dani melts down; leading Danny to believe it was too late before the invention starts working and manages to stabilize Dani’s form. Dani reforms and returns telling Danny “she knew he would never let her down”. She and Val manage to wear down Vlad when Danny asks Val to get Dani out of there. She does so and Danny comes back after warning Vlad to stay away from the two and Dani says goodbye and flies off to do some more exploring.
Soon afterward earth was threatened by an asteroid infected with ghost material after an explosion in space. Danny had removed his ghost half and Vlad took advantage of the fact. He revealed his ghost half in a press conference and told everybody that he was the only one who could stop the asteroid and save the earth. He demanded that people give him large amounts of money and let him rule the earth. When he went into space to stop the steroid he found that he could not touch it either and rather than return to earth to face his fate he stayed in space. During that time Danny’s ghost powers returned to him and he managed to get the ghosts’ help. The people of Earth found out and now seemed even more hopeless than before. Danny addressed the people in his ghost form and explained a plan he had to turn the Earth intangible. The world leaders took up this plan and started working quickly to save the Earth. Danny got all the ghosts to use their ghost abilities to turn the earth intangible. Danielle was one of the ghosts who helped charge the power rods to save the earth. Afterwards Danny reveals himself and becomes a hero.

She phased into the room where Vlad was talking Danny, invisible of course. He had told her to stay out of his way while they did this but she was a little curious. Danny didn’t seem to like Vlad very much and Danielle wondered why.
“And I am not a villain, all I ever wanted was love” she heard Vlad say. “Which is what he has” Dani thought proudly “with me”. Danny was trapped in a strange cube shaped prison glaring at Vlad. This was not going very well at all. To be fair, Dani could understand why Danny was angry after what happened. She had hoped that once Vlad explained it to him that he would understand. The whole plan Vlad came up with hadn’t made a lot of sense to Dani now that she thought of it. If she had just told Danny that she needed some sample from him to survive, rather that telling him that she was a third cousin and then betraying him ,maybe he would have understood. But she didn’t question her father’s orders.
Vlad waved an arm and a clone chamber opened revealing a carbon copy of Danny hooked up in a tube. “It’s taken months and the good clone still needs more time-”
Wait, what? Dani was very confused now. What did he mean by ‘good’ clone?
Wasn’t she his good clone? Vlad had told her time and again that he was her father and she was his “perfect” daughter.
“-before he can accept your DNA” Vlad went on. Dani almost audibly gasped. Vlad had been telling her that the mid-morph sample was to make her powers stable and help her survive. She didn’t know what to make of this but she kept listening hoping that she was getting this all wrong. She had to be getting it wrong. He had created her raised her and taught her how to use her powers. Why spend all that time on her unless he was going to save her.
“And all these ghosts” Danny said eyeing a small green sprite like ghost that flew around his head.
“Bad clones. Mistakes” Vlad said. The small green sprite grew forming a shadow of Danny and snarling the real Danny before an eyeball fell out. Vlad’s words stung Dani. She and her siblings had done work for him like good children. Her oldest “brother” had even lost his life in the progress. The eyeball fell on the ground and started to melt as Vlad delivered the chilling like that would haunt her mind “and I would watch a hundred more failures devolve into ectoplasm to get the perfect half ghost son.”
Not daughter, son.
Dani felt like she would be sick. She flew out of the room almost choking on her tears. She needed time but honestly, no amount of time would make it not hurt.
