look. i would i ever co-opt your office for THREE YEARS and not tell you?brushbackNovember 17 2004, 00:42:20 UTC
It's because I have issues not pasting large, gleefully angst-vampire chunks from that NBA article about Nowitzki and Nash. I mean, really.
Instead, have this totally random block of text to distract you!:ESPN presents the second half of Miami's back-to-back with Heat at Bucks, in a rematch of the teams' double-overtime thriller Sunday night. But the Wolves have an even tougher back end: Minnesota at Detroit, in what could be Larry Brown's first game back on the Pistons' bench since hip surgery. Atlanta at Indiana brings Al Harrington back to Conseco Fieldhouse as a first-time visitor, while Clippers at Lakers marks the first time Kobe Bryant faces the team he teased in free agency. Bonus for the sadists out there: Chicago at Golden State, in a matchup of clubs who began the week with one win between them.
confused by j's cynicism about sn fic! admittedly, it was the first for me, and thus carries the happy memories, but dude! there is some mad good shit been written!
damn. standup double is pretty good. i could do without some of the dick descriptions, but still!brushbackNovember 17 2004, 03:10:06 UTC
DUDE, Dilly is way more cynical about SN fic than I am. I found some stuff by Annie-Lee (I think is) that's pretty good, but when I was showing it to Dilly, she was like -_______________- too many section breaks this sucks ugh.
But yeah, we've been tricking around on the Sports Fan Fiction Archive, my friend, and it has just been this unending pit of horror, for the most part. I found this, like, fic that had Dan, Casey, and Jeremy attending a swinger's party together.
That, my friend, surpasses even Vampire World in sheer jaw-dropping insanity.
