Female, white, 54 years old, 5'0", 91 lbs., slender build, gaunt/sunken-in the face. Bleach blond hair, curly/wavy and short, brown eyes and glasses with thin rims. Wears a MedicAlert bracelet on her left or right wrist (silver).
Circumstances
Was last seem at her residence in the Mohawk/Upper Gage area, Sunday May 20, 2012 at 6am. She has not contacted family about her whereabouts and friends haven't heard nor seen her since Friday, with a last phone call to family between 11am and noon on Sunday May 20th. Has limited mobility due to a stroke in 2008 and uses a black walker to get around. She left home with her black and grey wallet and ID, possibly a black purse, but is without medication which is needed to treat seizure disorder, hypotension and thyroid dysfuntion.
She sometimes frequents Limeridge Mall on Upper Wentworth, Jays Sports Bar on Upper Gage and Fennell or The Pourhouse or Cagneys at Fennell and Upper Ottawa. She failed to show up to see her mother on Sunday, at St Elizabeth Villa nursing home. She has friends in the Fennell and Upper Ottawa area that last spoke/saw her on Friday, May 18, 2012.
If spotted, call the Central Police Station at 905-546-4772.
