This was probably the weirdest situation he'd ever been in. He was hiking towards a village he'd never been to, in a world he'd only visited once--and the grassy terrain was so different from the desert that his previous visit didn't really help. Whenever he'd gone to new places before, he'd always brought a fair amount of money, and he'd gotten ( Read more... )

Feeling somewhat sympathetic to Johnny's dilemma, the redhead decided to answer as gently as possible, "It's known as the Village Hidden in the Leaves. Both the terrain and environment are very different compared to Suna."

She was already tense enough from waking up that morning and finding herself tied to a stranger, although Gaara felt somewhat relieved that she had been shackled to someone he could trust. Hoping to take the group's mind off of their predicament, the sand wielder sighed softly and continued the conversation, "So what is the weather like in the city, Johnny? Matsuri told me New York felt cold compared to Suna."
