I have been watching PRA, it is wicked. Do you hate the stupid whinging frock lady too? I hate the way she helps people and I hate the way she bitches about it. And how bad was the first eliminated chicks outfit?

Im liking Leigh, Sophie, Lui and Petrova so far, but I agree, I think Oren is the dark horse. Damn its good though.

john denver makes me bawl like a baby. yeah i know how it goes. at least we can cry, look at it like that. I think its a heck of a lot healthier to do it than to end up perhaps like some of your patients. heavy shit.
my family worked as a foster family for years and years ....the last case we worked on was so awful that we just could not do it anymore. it ended really bad with a sexually abusive parent getting custody back in spite of all the testimony from professionals, therapists and such. it was so horrible and so obvious and something was so wrong about the entire situation, my mom just said she could not do it anymore...
so i give tons of credit, because i know what its like to live with these kids, and the kind of people you are helping.

Thanks mate. Im glad this person told me, poor little bugger. Its a big load to carry for a little person. It really really really stinks and makes me angry when things like your experience happen (when kids are left or returned to unsafe environments no matter what you do or say, I have been to court and testified and it has made no difference) so I know what you mean. I get a bit cynical sometimes, but I try to focus on the fact that we do help as well. Thanks for the lovely comment.

I don't know what to say about the heavy stuff you have to deal with being a couselor. It must be so tough. I've always wondered if therapist have therapists. Seriously.

We are meant to have therpists supervising us, but my work doesnt pay for it, and Im too broke to pay myself. My boss is trying to get us supervision.....Im not too hopeful though, cause my work is government funded and our budget is pretty tight.

I will get through, I guess I was just having a little winge a roo, so thanks for the kind encouragement.
