Oh my gosh, this is like everything I've ever wanted for this pairing all wrapped up in one fic. WWII and the aftermath and Gilbert and EU! And you have a gorgeous writing style--I spotted some grammar mistakes that could be smoothed out, but they didn't manage to detract from the overall amazing of the fic--and slfjl;ajlskjd this is so full of do want.
