Reserved for making milk shakes! (: I'd transitioned from whole, to 2%, 1%, then to skim. Health freak friend told me that dairy fat helps absorb more nutrients from one's meal, so I upped back to 1%.
I tried whole milk again when it was offered to me at a friend's house. Egads. o.O
I should also add, since I apparently totally forgot to do it before, that half-and-half is better than whole milk for milkshakes. Heavy cream works too, though you need to make sure there isn't so much of it that you end up with a blender full of whipped cream and miscellany.
