Okay, things are going great... my body is officially Changing into something I can agree with. 45 min to 1 hour of cardio a night (well, 3 to 4 times a week) seems to be my cup of tea. The lbs are not coming off that fast, but at a healthy rate 3lbs a week. I have a lot of muscle, alway have and always will, so me being 120lbs.. well, that will ( Read more... )

dr. fear's wife, jaime, is a belly dancer, she said it works wonders and it's really good exercise. i don't think i'm coordinated enough to do it. congrats on the diet! i have lost some, but i need to get back to working out again.

Its more fun than jogging! lol I love dancing so, im going to find a video or something to teach me more about it.

Im in hormone city and giving in to my bad cravings lately, but Im eating more salads and lean meats, adding veggies and fruits, Im trying to curb it. Belly Dancing is so much fun, I only learned a few basics and am already rusty, wish I could finish- its harder then it looks but great for the body!

You work in temptation hell! Hang in there maybe you will get burned out on all those goodies soon!

yeah, it all depends on if and when I get to eat, if I get the munchies I will eat some jordan almonds, temptation hell has samples lol, and we get to sample ice cream but its like one little spoonful. I am addicted to those java chillers, I had one today and it was heaven in my mouth. LOL I'll just look for another job and soon!
