If you don't see him sleep, doesn't mean he doesn't. While his employer is asleep upstairs, he can take a little nap without anyone seeing it. Well, Dogmeat knows, of course, but he won't tell anyone :)
its not really impossible when you think that ghouls cant exist anyway. if radiation can heal them instead of destroy them more then why is it so far fetched that one of them doesnt need sleep? o: maybe he's mutated in a different way than the others?
Well, the way i see it, the lack or total absence of sleep drives people crazy. And a crazy ghoul is a feral ghoul ;) Charon doesn't look feral to me. So he sleeps, but probably very little. /The same book states he leaves Underworld every coupla days to run some errands for Azhrukhal. Have you ever seen him outside the bar before you hired him? I bet no. So the book is not to be believed 100%/
Omg! The first thing I did was right click and save! This is totally going to be my new background. Look how adorable Charon looks napping but still alert enough to shoot anyone that came through that door unannounced I bet! And Dogmeat is curled up at his feet! Oooh my muse is glaring at me. I might have to write a fic based on this!

Most of the time we see him all badass and ready for action, but seeing him resting (especially with Dogmeat at his feet!) just made my heart melt on so many levels. Something about the expression on his face is just... GAH! I love it...
The detail is incredible. I love the teddy bear with the police hat in the background. LOL! I actually make Charon wear that hat a lot! I also really like that Charon is still holding his gun, even though he's clearly safe in Megaton. It seems so suiting for him.
And why can't he have a shirt like that in the game, huh? Show off those arms! ;)

I usually prefer drawing badass looking characters (and drawing such a picture now), but this time something clicked in my brain and I came up with this cuteness :) Still couldn't leave him without the gun.
That teddy bear with the hat actually sits on the shelf in my Megaton house in the game, as well as about 5 power helmets (I was to lazy to draw them all).
