Something I've been working on...

Feb 09, 2010 18:05

Hi guys! I know I haven't posted in a while, I've been busy. So many new faces probably don't know who I am, but that's ok! :D

Over the past week or so I've been working on something artsy, since I am no good at fic like the rest of you are. (:

I'm putting the image under a cut because it is somewhat large!

My artwork~ )

Omg this is so cute!!! ;3; You are SO right, this is exactly why Charon is so grumpy all the time lmao! :'DD He just needed someone who could let him be himself, and I think Randy really is the only one supportive enough for that~ :3 ( ... )

This...makes absolutely perfect sense! I can't believe I never saw it before, but you've really hit the nail on the head with this one!

He looks really happy that he can finally be himself. And that skirt? Looks fabulous on him. He's definitely got the hips and legs for it. ;) Beautiful drawing, though. The poodle is a nice touch.

I'd love to see the doodles expanded upon. I think they'd look wonderful in more detail. And seeing more of Charon happy that he can wear whatever he'd like would simply be great as well.

I think you've really managed to bring out Charon's character perfectly with these drawings. And only doodles, you say? You have some extreme talent here. I really think you should color some of them up. Contrasting the dress with Charon's skin tone would be a wonderful touch. It couldn't be normal poodle skirt pink-that would clash with his hair and his skin--but I think a nice spring green would look amazing and depending on which eye color you subscribe to, could really bring out his eyes.

I think his ascot needs a little work, but then, you say this was a doodle so I'm sure you'll fix that when it gets to the final edits and I must say again, I absolutely love this drawing. You managed to contain in one picture all of Charon's conflict and internal struggle, allowing his true character to shine through beautifully while taking those slim facts the game gave us to new heights. I am absolutely applauding you right now. I feel your Charon is perfectly, finally in character and I must say it's about damn time he found his way.
