Hello, everyone! I'm here to share my first Gob fic ever (hopefully not the last!), so I hope you enjoy it!

Title: Wishes

Pairing: Gob/Fem Vault Dweller
Summary: The Vaultie is upset that no one celebrates holidays in the Wasteland. She decides to give Gob a Christmas gift anyway, and he wants to give her something in return.

I have a confession: I didn't originally consider myself a ghoul fan, but I wandered here from fanfiction.net and am impressed. Gob is a sweetheart, and it's nice to see other people writing him the happy endings that never quite happen in Fallout.

I thought the choice of gifts was well thought out, and I also appreciated how you worked in the fact that ghouls are... uh, aesthetically unpleasing (falling apart? ew, sorry) but still made the romantic contact sweet and meaningful, without completely dismissing his condition.

I'm glad you enjoyed it. :) I'm more a Gob fan than a ghoul fan, myself. I always wished there would have been an option to do more for him. He was a very memorable character despite not having a huge role, and I always loved it that he greeted my Vaultie like he was actually happy she had stopped by.

I'm glad I could make it sweet but believable. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
