[Her own awakening and inevitable realization comes a few minutes later as she stretches and lens her eyes, quickly sitting up and almost rolling off the bed.]
*He eyes her cautiously. He can't remember exactly why they were sharing a bed, and why he hadn't taken the couch or even the floor. The lack of memory disturbs him more than anything.*
[That's an answer she'd like too though the splitting headache is an indication of heavy drinking on her part. Looking around for her phone or something to were on, she grabs a pen and notepad --Marriott, interesting -- and quickly scribbles out a statement.]
I'm sure there is a very logical and sound explanation for this.
[She takes a moment to look over herself. Partially clothed as her jeans were neatly folded and set on a chair with her jacket and purse and shoes underneath, but no bruises or scrapes or anything else.]
I'm... I'm all right. I don't think I was drinking. At least not that much... *He doesn't like impairing his mental facilities. He avoids drinking in large quantities, even when he's upset or for celebration. He's very confused, therefore*
