Hehe I actually love this to pieces! If the Doctor (well, Theta) fails his driver's licence then I don't feel half as bad failing mine! (and at least I didn't rupture time!) Aw, he is totally adorable in this, with his excuses and babbling. I may have add this to my mems =)

Once Donna's memories return she won't have to wonder anymore why he always ends up in the wrong time and/or space coordinates. She'll know he really can't drive. ;)
