I have seen recently on http://roflrazzi.com/2009/02/24/celebrity-pictures-implants-shrink/ there's a bit of an argument if this is photoshopped or not. I feel that while it seems that Lohan would be that unrealistically skinny it may be true... After

The head measurement on the rexi photo covers her chin, and the one on the healthy photo is clearly below the chin. The line between 5 and 6 are pretty much on the same spot, so I'm not sure that if you adjust the measurement to actually measure the same thing, it would be pretty much spot on. Also she's posing on the rexi photo and walking on the healthy photo so a comparison is not completely reliable.

I'm not saying that the rexi picture isn't be photoshopped, I'm just saying that this measurement is not done correctly, and thus proves nothing.
