Otherwise, I think I'd enjoy spring a lot more. It's not usually as hot as summer, and I guess the flowers look nice if they weren't dumping pollen everywhere

I mean, I get that some lucky people don't have to deal with allergies and can enjoy the weather and flowers and birds singing, but for the rest of us it's a horror show of yellow powder everywhere.
Haha, yeah. Clearly from the very late reply, that's still a work in some progress.
I'll go with Toph, because who doesn't love Toph?
01. What is your opinion of this character? If you like, explain why you like him/her. She's absolutely awesome and grumpy and absolutely grounded :D I mean, not only is she a tiny (I think she's canonically under five feet or something?) and blind girl, which would set her up as the token disabled character, but she just absolutely stomps all over your sympathy, throws it out the window and laughs. Like, here's a female character who's just fine with being blind, and is sarcastic and confrontational and abrasive. 02. Is he/she important to the general plot? Well, from the point she shows up onwards, at least. She doesn't have much impact before then. 03. Can you relate to this character at all? Does he/

Thanks! It's not that bad, but just a lot to digest at one time.
01. What is your opinion of this character? If you like, explain why you like him/her.
I like her a lot! Mostly in how she presents a more traditional means of what's considered feminine, which on the largely male dominated show, is interesting to see. Especially in regards to her relationship with Kaylee, who doesn't really have a lot of outlets or chances to express herself more than a mechanic.
02. Is he/she important to the general plot?
Kind of, sort of? The general plot of the show tends to be highly episodic and parsed out, and there's times where she's critical and other times where she gets more regulated to the background. She does offer an interesting element in the crew, though, largely through her relations to the rest of the crew.
03. Can you relate to this character at all? Does he/she grip you emotionally? She's admittedly pretty far removed from me in terms of relatable experiences, but she does have an interesting arc. She's not someone I'd say is

So late reply is two weeks late, but reply is a reply!
01. What is your opinion of this character? If you like, explain why you like him/her. In all honesty, he's a bit like a puppy? And I don't mean in appearance, but I just mean in his general character, how the plot treats him, and how he flits between latching onto people. 02. Is he/she important to the general plot? Well. Vaguely. He's not super critical at any point, I think. 03. Can you relate to this character at all? Does he/she grip you emotionally? Not really- he's a little bit of indecisive for me, and is mostly kind of there for me. 04. How much do you like the fandom that this character comes from? Generally speaking, I try to limit my interactions with the larger TW fandom as much as possible. 05. Do you ship this character with any other character? Or, are you particularly intrigued by his/her relationship with any other character(s)? (romance-wise or platonic) He's probably one of the more shippable characters in the show, which I guess doesn't mean all that much

I'm of the opinion that there's no such thing as too much luck, so more is always welcome!
01. What is your opinion of this character? If you like, explain why you like him/her.
She's an absolute darling. She's completely unapologetic about being smart, ambitious or trying to always be the smartest person in the room, which is something that you rarely get to see in female characters. But she's also an inherently female character who deals with her own insecurities from her mistakes, has an intensely complicated relationship with her family, and comes to find her home at the Warehouse. And also how she's constantly chafing at the impositions of the Warehouse, either from Artie or by extension, the Reagents.
02. Is he/she important to the general plot?
She literally is half the driving force of the show, so.
03. Can you relate to this character at all? Does he/she grip you emotionally?Probably too much? Her constant desire to be the smartest person in the room, or know all the answers to all the questions and not being sorry

I really like everything you mentioned in your answer to 01. All of that makes her seem so real, she's not just the action chick or know-it-all, and she isn't perfect. She kind of reminds me if Peggy Carter.
I also don't know a lot of the fandom, but apparently there were a lot of H. G./Myka shippers that were rather intense.
She's a lot like Peggy, but also unlike her at the same time? Peggy might correlate to something to an early stage of Myka with feeling out her sense of worth, self-validation, and grieving, whereas Myka is closer to who Peggy might be in a five years or so.
Yeah, I have a sneaking suspicion that tends to be the case in any fandom where there's a strong bias towards a noncanon ship that's never canonized. Or just a general case of shippers in general, which is why I tend to limit my interactions.

I hope the moving around works out in a way that's best for you. And that you come up with a schedule that'll hopefully not drive you too crazy. ;)
