Okay, I can accept that my cat, Sam thinks he has the right to meow at me every time I leave the house, but I guess he has found the job of keeping me in line too difficult. He has enlisted the help of a very vocal mockingbird. I walked out my Mom's front door on Wednesday and heard this meowing that just kept being repeated and sounded like it

When I was raising birds all the mockingbirds in the neighborhood sounded like cockatiels, lovebirds and cockatoos. It was........amusing.

Mockingbirds are amazing. I am lucky enough to have one who gives full concerts of his repetoire at about 1:30 am each morning.
