Who knew that I could snag flying falafels in mid-air like that? Too bad that guy with the scar got knocked into the river by the one I missed! He's gonna have another scar from that pan...

When you moved into your first apartment after grad school, you had this ratty couch. We stood on the street staring at it for 10 minutes until some one noticed a pulley at the top of the the building. How else would we get that behemoth into your fifth floor flat? SO we tied an even rattier rope to your ratty couch and threw the ope over the pulley. Goodness that thing was heavy. Neither of us strained so much in our lives.

I know... That couch was soooo heavy... Too bad that rope broke! I mean, we almost had that thing inside... But you know, we never would have found that hidden envelop. All that money sure came in handy, especially to pay for that poor man's broken arm, and the new couch...
