Half Life 2 Night

Monday night is now Half Life 2 night. My friend Nicky-Poo hosts a dedicated server at 6pm Pacific time every Monday night. Tonight I think I played quite well, although I feel that my glory days have ended. Actually, what happened is that everyone else caught up to me and now I'm just pretty average. we weren't allowed to have nintendo or any sort of video games growing up and now i regret it. i think video games definitely teach you something more than we realize. not just better hand-eye coordination either. they teach you how to think ahead and strategy and really sharpen the mind, i think. and besides, i suck at them now and it's not as fun to play when you totally suck! ;)

You're totally right! Although, I totally wasted so much time on them that I really wish I had used better, like for art or learning a musical instrument, or anything productive like that.
